Dave Robbins, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dave brings more than 25 years of senior management experience to Quantivo, where he serves as President and CEO and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Robbins has extensive executive leadership experience in the technology industry, and has led operations, software, and business development efforts at both public and private companies.
Prior to joining Quantivo, Robbins served as CEO of BigFix (acquired by IBM), a system and security management provider, and Quippe Technologies, a provider of procurement services for the equipment manufacturing industry. Before Quippe, he was CEO of Lucidity, Inc., and also held senior management positions at Cephren Corporation (acquired by Citadon, Inc.), ULTRADATA, Inc. (acquired by Harland Financial Solutions), Automatic Data Processing, and Progressive Insurance Companies.
Paul O'Leary, Founder and Chief Technology Officer
As the company's Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Paul guides the development of the Quantivo platform and on-demand applications. He has more than 15 years of development and engineering experience in the business intelligence and customer relationship management industries.
Paul was a founding engineer at Broadbase, now part of Kana Software. In that role he helped the company develop customer-focused analytic and marketing automation applications that were widely adopted by Fortune 1000 companies.
Peter O'Leary, Vice President of Customer Operations
Peter manages all phases of the Quantivo customer life cycle: pre-sales, acquisition, on-boarding, support, and professional services. Peter has more than 20 years of management experience in engineering, technical operations, and product management. He has been involved in founding several successful start-up companies, including Amplitude Software (acquired by Critical Path) and Zinio Systems, Inc.
Greg Toto, Vice President of Engineering
Gregory Toto has more than 25 years of product and development management experience, and a deep passion for creating great products that deliver compelling value for customers and that drive superior growth for the business. Greg joins Quantivo as the VP of Engineering and will oversee the product development organization.
Greg was most recently responsible for product development for BigFix, Inc which was acquired by IBM in July 2010. Prior to BigFix, Greg led product, engineering, and technical operations at HopeLink Corporation and has consulted with startups and enterprises like Palm/3Com, Apple Computer and Gynecare/Johnson & Johnson.
Marty Shepard, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Marty is a senior technology leader with proven success in global sales, marketing and business development. For over 25 years, Shepard has successfully led teams in a variety of cloud and on-premise technology markets, including data warehousing, enterprise marketing automation, CRM, business intelligence.
Prior to Quantivo, Shepard was the business development leader in the southwest US for Teradata, the world’s largest data warehousing and business intelligence company. Previously, Shepard was the senior sales leader at Vcommerce (acquired by Channel Intelligence), Interelate (acquired by eLoyalty) and Protagona Worldwide (acquired by DoubleClick). Shepard held senior marketing and business development roles at Prism Solutions (acquired by Ardent) and Firstlogic (acquired by Business Objects, now SAP) and started his career at NCR.
