Brian Kelly, CEO
As CEO of Quantivo, Brian Kelly is leading our innovative vision of analytic applications delivered as an on-demand service. Brian has 20 years of experience in enterprise software development and marketing, focusing primarily on Analytic Applications and CRM solutions.
Before joining Quantivo, Brian was Executive Vice President of Products at Kana where he was responsible for worldwide marketing, product management and industry solutions delivery. He came to Kana from Broadbase (now Kana), where he ran product management and engineering. At Broadbase, Brian directed the company's highly successful IPO and managed the acquisition and integration of several technology companies.
Brian has also served as Director of Business Intelligence Applications at Peoplesoft. He was founder and CEO of Kelly Information Systems (acquired by Peoplesoft), which pioneered business intelligence applications for the retail industry. At Teradata, he designed and developed large-scale datawarehouses and BI applications for some of the largest retailers in the US.
Brian holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.
Warren Weiss, Director
Warren is a General Partner at Foundation Capital, where he focuses primarily on investments in emerging software companies-both licensed and software as a service-as well as the clean tech industry.
Warren joined Foundation Capital with more than 25 years experience in the software industry, including time as president and CEO of four public and private software companies. Most recently, he was president and CEO of Asera, a real-time software solutions provider.
Previously, Warren served as president and CEO with Prism Solutions during the company's transition from data warehousing tools provider to business intelligence application deliverer. Prior to that, Warren was also president of SQRIBE Technologies (now Hyperion) and earlier, president and CEO of SMI. Warren has held numerous other senior executive positions at Next Software (Apple), Continuum (Computer Sciences Corporation) and Dun & Bradstreet Software.
Warren holds a BS from Western Illinois University.
Vincent Worms, Director
Vincent is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Partech International. His investment experience of more than 20 years in information technologies spans multiple sectors: computer systems, CAD/CAE, business intelligence, and enterprise software. Vincent's prior investments include Business Objects (BOBJ) and Informatica (INFA).
Before co-founding Partech International in 1982, Vincent worked for the investment arm of Banque Paribas, the French merchant bank. He started his career in the French public sector, including the Ministry of Industry's agency for technology innovation and entrepreneurship.
Vincent holds an MS in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MS in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique.
