Business Intelligence with Quantivo's Customer Behavior Software

Behavioral analytics made easy

The Quantivo platform puts powerful behavioral analytic capabilities into the hands of business analysts and business managers alike. By interacting with the data directly, you can discover, explore, and share insights with others in ways that were never possible before.

Train-of-thought analytics

Today, getting past the standard reports to explore your data and find new insights is hampered by siloed environments: slice and dice (multidimensional OLAP), standard query and reporting, and advanced analytics tools are provided by separate vendors and managed by different groups of experts. Combining the capabilities of these complementary but separate systems means dealing with extracts and uploads from one systems to the next, delays to get the next report, and an experience which is far from interactive.

Quantivo puts the capabilities that you need at your fingertips, allowing you to seamlessly go between slice and dice, advanced analytics, and standards reports. Business analysts and managers can conduct unprecedented "train-of-thought" analysis to understand their online interactions or sales performance from all angles, at any level of detail, and prove or disprove hypotheses in real time.

Discover affinities, patterns and trends

Using traditional analysis tools, if you don't know precisely what you are looking for, finding meaningful insight can be like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Contrary to other solutions, Quantivo tracks the relationships between attributes in your data, and provides easy-to-use tools for exploring this information. You can use these capabilities to discover affinities, relationships, patterns and trends in large volumes of data, explore at a general level, or target specific areas to pursue a hunch or a hypothesis. For example, with Quantivo you can:

  • Discover affinities between transactions – determine what events lead to specific actions, such as content views that lead to conversions or promotions that lead to purchases, and under which circumstances
  • Uncover buried relationships that link customer characteristics to behavior – find attributes that are highly correlated with specific groups of online or offline transactions
  • Examine trends – track how behaviors vary over time and under factors such as promotions, price changes, advertising, etc.
  • Spot anomalies – expose hard to detect abnormal interactions that are indicative of emerging trends, fraud, or error
  • Use Affinity 360 to "know what you don't know" and get an exhaustive list of all relevant affinities existing in your data

Standard queries and reporting

With Quantivo, you can run powerful queries and reports on your data, with speed and flexibility, and without having to create indexes or pre-aggregate your data. In particular, you can:

  • Report on any field or combination of fields
  • Perform calculations (sum, average, max, min, etc.) on the fly, on any measure in the data
  • Transfer your results Microsoft Excel or to a text file

Slice, dice and drill

Using Quantivo, you can look at your data at multiple levels and from multiple perspectives. These abilities are seamlessly integrated with the discovery tools mentioned previously and make it possible to:

  • Create filters to look at any slice of the data that you wish to analyze
  • Aggregate and summarize data at any level, along any dimension.
  • Drill down to any level of detail, all the way to the original record data

Share and collaborate

There are many ways to share the valuable insight discovered in Quantivo:

  • Save queries that deliver significant results so you can rerun them on a regular basis as new data is loaded into Quantivo
  • Share queries with co-workers so they can learn from your analysis and insight (assuming they also have appropriate rights to access the data)
  • Export results to applications such as Excel that you can share outside of the Quantivo service
