Affinity 360 Finder: This analysis allows you to display and rank the exhaustive list of product affinities at any level of relevance as defined by the strength of the relationship (association) and support (percentage of baskets). This analysis can be conducted for any store or groups of stores, any time slice, any customer segments, etc. The report displayed answers the question "What are all the products combinations that sold together by category?"

Market Basket (product affinities): This analysis allows you to interactively specify a criteria (target) and then display and rank product purchases that match that criteria. This analysis can be delivered at any level of relevance as defined by the strength of the relationship (association) and support (percentage of baskets). The target is flexible and can be a product, product category, store, time period, a combination of any of these such as a product and a location, etc. The report displayed answers the question "What are the most common products that sold with DLP HDTVs?"

Segmentation (attribute affinity): This analysis allows you to interactively find customer characteristics (segments) that are positively or negatively related to a specific outcome (target criteria). This analysis can be delivered at any level of relevance as defined by the strength of the relationship (association) and support (percentage of baskets). The target criteria is flexible and can be a single product, a combination of products, all products on promotion, etc. The report displayed answers the question "What are the top customer segments who bought cabinets/countertops or faucets?"

Differential Analysis: This analysis allows you to interactively compare the behavior of different groups of users, products, locations, or time periods. The criteria is easy to define and can be any product, product category, location, user segment, time period, or a combination of any of these such as a product and a location, etc. The report displayed answers the question "How does the purchase behavior differ for the store in Burbank (from the general population)"

Export to Excel: Any analysis or report can easily be exported to Excel for further refinement and formatting.
